Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire - buy a pack now and use them whenever inspiration strikes.

What happens if a generation fails?

If a design fails for a technical reason on our side, that credit isn't charged, so you never pay for a result you didn't get.

Can I use the designs for a real tattoo?

Yes. Every design is a print-ready, high-resolution download with no watermark - modify it, share it with your artist, and take it straight to the studio.

Do I need a subscription?

No. It's fully pay-as-you-go. You buy a pack of credits once and there's no recurring charge or lock-in.

Are the designs refundable?

Credits are non-refundable once they've been used to generate a design, but since they never expire, any unused credits stay in your account.
